The Team Solidarity and Unity Barometer™ answers a deeper question than the free assessment, and possibly one your internal team surveys aren’t revealing: where do your own people disagree about where you are?
Three or four people from your organization each work through seventy-five scenarios independently—one from senior leadership, one manager, at least one person most affected by how the organization currently works, and ideally someone from operations or finance. It will take them 45 to 55 minutes each, and progress saves, so it can be done across as many sessions as needed.
You receive a written report with pillar-by-pillar percentages, your stage on the six-stage continuum, your primary and secondary Blocker, and every pillar where your own people diverged by more than twenty-five points. That divergence is usually the finding.
A thirty-minute debrief follows, to go through what the report says and where to start.
