You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it current.
5. Our intellectual property
Everything on this site—text, curriculum, course materials, frameworks, workshop content, images, video, audio, graphics, and the site’s design and code—is owned by Brave Sis Project or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
SAIN et SAUF™ and other marks appearing on this site are trademarks of Brave Sis Project. Nothing here grants you a license to use them.
You may view, download, and print site content for your own personal or internal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and attribution notices intact. Any other use—including reproduction, adaptation, public display, commercial use, or incorporation into your own training or curriculum—requires our prior written permission. Write to us at hello@bravesis.com; we’re often glad to say yes.
6. Content you submit
If you post a comment, submit a form, send us feedback, or otherwise share content with us through the site, you keep ownership of what you wrote. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting our work.
You’re responsible for what you submit, and you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.
7. Educational content, not professional advice
Our courses, workshops, articles, assessments, and other materials are educational. They are not legal, human resources, medical, psychological, or financial advice, and they don’t create any professional or therapeutic relationship between you and Brave Sis Project or our facilitators.
Please consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read or learn here, particularly where employment law, workplace policy, or personal health is concerned.
8. Links to other sites
We link to third-party websites, resources, books, and organizations we think are worth your time. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices. A link isn’t an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.
9. Availability
We work to keep the site running, but we don’t guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted access.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brave Sis Project, its fiscal sponsor, and their respective officers, directors, employees, facilitators, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or its content, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we’ve been advised such damages are possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brave Sis Project, its fiscal sponsor, and their respective officers, directors, employees, facilitators, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.
13. Privacy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision isn’t a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to a specific course or engagement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our programs.
