Unengaged to Ally, Advocate to “Sister,” Full Course Bundle
The whole curriculum, Parts One and Two, twelve modules in all, plus live Zoom office hours with our founder. Begin with bias, privilege, monoculture, and the cultural postures that create distance; then move into tone policing, power in all its forms, the white savior complex, tokenism, and the buried history that explains how we got here.
You needed a practice that would set you up for success.
Here it is.
Allyship.

Allyship isn’t self-appointed, as we have said before, but it’s a designation that is earned over time, and conferred on you by the people you seek to stand with. And to be an ally is an ongoing commitment, not a single gesture—which is precisely why a course isn’t enough; you need a practice.
The Bundle is the whole arc, in the order it was built to be taken. Part One gives you position: the continuum from Unengaged to Ally, Advocate, Co-Conspirator, Friend, and Sister, plus the history, the vocabulary, and the honest look at where you sit today. Part Two gives you practice: power in all its forms and how to shift it, tone policing, the savior reflex, tokenism, the history that was hidden from you, and the discipline to stop analyzing and start moving.
Bundle enrollees get live Zoom office hours with Rozella Kennedy, our founder, two to three sessions a month, alternating Wednesdays and Sundays. It’s time to dive into your questions and explore answers as a group.
You get all twelve modules, the six months of live Zooms, and lifetime access, for $500. Basically, access to our Founder over six months for $2 more. That’s a good deal.
Twelve modules: the whole arc, foundation to fluency
Both courses, in sequence, plus six months of live office hours with the founder.
Taken separately, each course does its job. Taken together, they do something collectively bigger: Part One shows you the ground you’re standing on, and Part Two teaches you how to maneuver across and through it. The office hours are where we meet in real time to dig in deeper.

Part One — the foundation. You will:
- Place yourself honestly on the allyship continuum, from Unengaged to Sister.
- Map the emotions and motivations actually driving you, and move past shame and blame.
- Follow bias from the brain to the body to the law, and position your own privilege inside it.
- Interrogate monoculture and the quiet work done by “normal,” “professional,” and “default.”
- Tell nice from kind, and practice honesty that isn’t cringe—including what to do after an “oops.”
- Take apart appropriation and fetishization, so admiration stops sliding into objectification.
Part Two — the practice. You will:
- Retire tone policing, and understand the stereotypes sitting underneath it.
- See power in all four of its forms and learn to shift it from control to collective solidarity.
- Climb the Privilege Staircase and name the step you’re standing on.
- Abandon the white savior complex, and trace how film, media, and philanthropy taught it to you.
- Name tokenism and the “model minority” myth that divides communities of color from one another.
- Bring buried history out of hiding, and stop the cognitive distancing that keeps Beloved Community theoretical.
Plus, for Bundle enrollees only: live Zoom office hours with the founder, two to three sessions a month, alternating Wednesdays and Sundays at 6 PM Eastern.
WHITE IDENTIFYING WOMEN
HOW CAN YOU BECOME A REAL ALLY IN A POST-DEI WORLD?
Feeling the rift—and ready to do something about it?
Maybe the distance between you and the Black women or other women of color in your life has been growing. Maybe you want to be part of healing and solidarity but don’t know where to begin.
Our times are fractured: democracy is teetering, DEI has been wiped off the slate, history is being erased, laws are being re-written. Many Black women are done with performative allyship—words aren’t enough anymore. And some are feeling a pull to disengage from white people altogether.
But in today’s world, our success and thriving relies on mutuality, collaboration, solidarity, unity, and trust—all the goals of Brave Sis Project and the Solidarity Lab. Authentic and lasting change starts with honest acknowledgment: privilege, power, and white norms shape our systems, and silence sustains them. That’s what both parts of our signature course, “Unengaged to Ally, Advocate to ‘Sister’” is all about.
If you’re ready to learn, reflect, and lead with sincerity, this is your invitation. Your courage to engage can shift and expand power, and help construct the world and communities we wish for.
WOMEN "OF COLOR"
HOW DO YOU NAVIGATE MIXED-SPACES TODAY?
Sick of the separation but no longer willing to do all the labor?
To My Black Sisters:
You’ve (we’ve) held so much for so long—being the explainer, the forgiver, the bridge. It’s exhausting. You deserve peace, protection, and partnership rooted in truth, not labor.
This curriculum offers a reset. Frameworks and practices to help you stay grounded, show up strong, and lead without carrying the whole load. Because when we detach completely, the divisions win—and so do the systems designed to keep us apart.
To Non-Black Women of Color:
Our journeys overlap—in courage, struggle, and brilliance. But we’ve also faced our own divides: colorism, classism, xenophobia. The path forward is mutual celebration and shared purpose. Some of the unlearning means revisiting our own homes and communities: interrogating narratives our families absorbed in the long chase for proximity to whiteness, and naming anti-Blackness where it sits among us. We do this work out of love for our people, not anger, and because we are committed to a more just world where solidarity and unity prevail.
Let’s build a new way forward, together. Are you ready?

"Unengaged to Ally, Advocate to "Sister" Full Course Bundle
Courses One and Two together—twelve self-paced modules for women building authentic solidarity and trust across race, plus live monthly office hours.
Created by Nautilus Award-winning author Rozella Kennedy, and based on the SAIN et SAUF™ Method, trusted by thousands of readers and learners across more than a dozen countries.
This course is for women from white or white-adjacent backgrounds who want to build genuine trust and collaborate across difference, as well as for Women of Color looking for tools and clarity to navigate and lead conversations with aspiring allies.
It is entirely self-paced, with video lessons, reflection prompts, and downloadable resources you can revisit anytime.
This is a space for honest reflection and brave learning, designed as a direct response to the times we live in.
This Bundle brings together both parts of the journey. Course One introduces the allyship continuum—helping you locate yourself honestly across the stages from Unengaged to Ally, Advocate, Co-Conspirator, Friend, and Sister, and move toward deeper commitment.
Course Two builds on that foundation, giving you the emotional literacy, communication tools, and accountability practices to stay engaged across difference, repair harm, and sustain solidarity over time. Together they answer a new and urgent call: to step forward with clarity, integrity, and a real commitment to solidarity and change.
The curriculum is offered in two parts, with six modules each, offering opportunities for self-reflection, new vocabulary, honest dialogue, deep exploration, fun, and practical strategies for meaningful change.
Together, we’ll challenge the fears and misunderstandings that hold us back, discover the motivations that move us forward, learn key concepts and tactics that break down barriers and bias, and develop tools for starting authentic, transformative conversations—so we can build stronger solidarity and connection for collective action.
Whether you’re new to this work or have been on this path for a while, you’ll find clarity, support, and challenge here. Each section offers journaling prompts, reflective exercises, community discussion topics, invitations to deeper dives, and actionable strategies so you can build deeper trust, skill, and accountability—whether for your own growth, or to become a more effective guide for others.
Enrollees in the Bundle enjoy six months of live Zoom office hours with the Founder. Sessions run two to three times a month, alternating Wednesdays and Sundays at 6 PM Eastern.

“Even though I present as ‘white’ I relate so deeply to BIPOC issues, as I am an immigrant to the US, and have had to face so many seemingly unjust challenges. My experience has made me deeply passionate about fairness and women’s rights across the board, and I’m so grateful for your presentation today!”

FAQ
1. How long does the full curriculum take to deliver?
Course One (6 lessons) typically runs 8-12 weeks; Course Two adds another 6-8 weeks. This can be adapted for intensive retreats or ongoing monthly sessions.
2. Is this only for white participants?
No—this curriculum serves everyone across racial, cultural, and gender identities.
3. What if we've already done DEI training?
This goes deeper. Most participants find this work fundamentally different from traditional diversity training—it’s about personal transformation and authentic relationship-building, not compliance.
4. Can I facilitate this learning with a group?
We do have students who self-organize among themselves to meet in cohorts that they schedule. They use this time to process and support each other more deeply around the topics raised in the curriculum. We provide a facilitators’ guide to ground the conversations as wanted (free to the group leader). Group leaders must meet with us prior to starting a curriculum to go over a few ground rules and expectations, mostly around staying faithful to the curriculum. Each cohort member must be fully and individually enrolled in the course.
5. Why buy the Bundle instead of the two courses separately?
Two reasons. First, the live office hours are only available to Bundle enrollees—they aren’t sold separately at any price. Second, the two courses were designed as one arc; taking them together means Part Two lands while Part One is still fresh, rather than months later. The pricing is roughly the same either way, so the honest answer is: buy the Bundle if you want the sessions and the momentum.
6. What if I can’t make the office hours?
Sessions run two to three times a month on alternating Wednesdays and Sundays, at 6 PM Eastern, specifically so that most schedules can catch some of them. You are never required to attend, and the courses stand on their own without them. Come to the ones you can.
7. What’s the difference between being an ally and practicing solidarity?
Allyship cannot be claimed. It can only be conferred, by the people you show up for, not by the identity you adopt. It is a verdict others reach about you, based on what you do over time, under pressure, when it costs something. Solidarity is the practice that makes that verdict possible: shared risk, shared credit, shared accountability. The question is never “am I an ally?” The question is: what did I do, and how did my actions help or hinder?
8. What if I cause harm while trying to help?
You probably will at some point, and that’s part of being human. It is not a reason to stay on the sidelines; it is a reason to build relationships sturdy enough to withstand repair. The goal is not perfect performance. It is accountable practice: showing up consistently, naming harm when you cause it, and not requiring others to manage your feelings about your own mistakes. The Foremothers made mistakes. They kept working.
